On that date, Franklin Mutual Series Funds, held 2.13 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 2,940,844 voting rights.

In addition, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, notified us on 30 April 2012 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On 26 April 2012, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC held 3.19 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,410,328 voting rights.

In addition, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, notified us on 1 May 2012 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On 27 April 2012, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC held 2.76 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,810,642 voting rights.
