Notification according to article 26 para. 1 WpHG

Asklepios Kliniken GmbH, Königstein-Falkenstein, Germany, notified us on 27 June 2012 pursuant to sections 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1, 24 WpHG of the following:

(1) Asklepios Kliniken GmbH notified us pursuant to sections 21 para. 1, 24 WpHG of the following:

On 27 June 2012, Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Königstein-Falkenstein, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz  1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH held 5.01% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 6.931.238 voting rights.

(2) Asklepios Kliniken GmbH notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On 27 June 2012, Asklepios Kliniken GmbH, Königstein-Falkenstein, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz  1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Asklepios Kliniken GmbH held 5.01% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 6.931.238 voting rights. These voting rights include a proportion of 5.01% (6.931.238 voting rights) based on shares of Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH which are attributed to Asklepios Kliniken GmbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

(3) Asklepios Kliniken GmbH notified us on behalf of Dr. gr. Broermann pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

On 27 June 2012, Dr. gr. Broermann exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz  1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Dr. gr. Broermann held 5.01% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 6.931.598 voting rights. These voting rights include a proportion of 5.01% (6.931.238 voting rights) based on shares of Asklepios Kliniken GmbH and Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH which are attributed to Dr. gr. Broermann pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and which are held directly by Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
