The share of voting stocks of the above mentioned company in RHÖN-KLINIKUM

the threshold of 5 % of the total voting stocks of the company on 30 April

2010.



The percentage of voting rights of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. in

RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG at 30 April 2010 amounted to 5.58 % (7,714,184 shares).
