percentage holding of the voting rights in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d.Saale, Germany, crossed below the threshold of 3%
and amounted to 2.87% (equivalent to 2,972,035 voting rights) in relation
to the total number of voting rights of the issuer.
The voting rights in the amount of 2.87% (equivalent to 2,972,035 voting
rights) are entirely attributable to Artio Global Holdings LLC pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 2 WpHG.
Artio Global Investors Inc. (formerly Julius Baer Americas Inc.), New York,
USA, has informed us on 23 December 2008 pursuant to sec. 21 para.1 WpHG
that on 19 December 2008 its percentage holding of the voting rights in
RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d.Saale, Germany,
crossed below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.87% (equivalent to
