On 17 July 2012, Credit Suisse Group AG, Zürich, Switzerland, Credit Suisse
AG, Zürich, Switzerland, Credit Suisse Investments (UK), London, UK, Credit
Suisse Investment Holdings (UK), London, UK, and Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Limited, London, UK, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG of the following:
1) On 13 July 2012, Credit Suisse Group AG fell below the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse Group AG held
2.93% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,054,400
voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.89% (equals 3,996,098 voting
rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Group AG pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and a proportion of 0.04% (equals 58,302 voting
rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Group AG pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
2) On 13 July 2012, Credit Suisse AG fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse AG held 2.93% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,054,400 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 0.0003% (equals 408 voting rights)
is held directly. A proportion of 2.89% (equals 3,995,690 voting rights) is
attributed to Credit Suisse AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
and a proportion of 0.04% (equals 58,302 voting rights) is attributed to
Credit Suisse AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
3) On 13 July 2012, Credit Suisse Investments (UK) fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616
Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse Investments
(UK) held 2.88% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from
3,978,046 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.88% (equals 3,978,046 voting
rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Investments (UK) pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
4) On 13 July 2012, Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse
Investment Holdings (UK) held 2.88% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
AG arising from 3,978,046 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.88% (equals 3,978,046 voting
rights) is attributed to Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
5) On 13 July 2012, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited fell below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit
Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited held 2.88% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,978,046 voting rights.
