Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited is the parent company of

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited.



The share of voting stocks of the above mentioned companies in

RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d.Saale, Germany

went below the threshold of 5% of the total voting stocks of the company on

10 October 2007.



The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in

RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG at 10 October 2007 amounted to 4.985% (5,168,470 shares).

These voting rights are in their entirely attributable to Threadneedle
