On 09 December 2010, BlackRock, Inc. exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the
voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. On that date, BlackRock, Inc. held 3.03% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,187,612 voting rights. All of
these voting rights are attributed to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent.1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
On 09 December 2010, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. exceeded the threshold of 3 %
of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. held
3.03% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,187,612
voting rights. All of these voting rights are attributed to BlackRock
Holdco 2 pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent.

threshold of 3 % of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,

Management, Inc. held 3.03% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
arising from 4,187,612 voting rights. All of these voting rights are
